My billing is set up online, I have been late a few times due to problems on their account as far as logging in. I paid a bill on the 5th of October, received a new bill on the 10th of October saying it was late and both bills would be added together (even though I have an email from them clarifying I paid a week earlier) then again on the 11th with a whole new number!

Only to find when we finally go to turn on our heat in this 20 degree Nebraska weather that they shut my gas off as of September 22nd, with no notice or anything. We have a 2 year old in our home!

What a disgusting and terrible company! I miss source gas.
