I scheduled a meter exchange and without notice the tech came a week early when I wasn't home. When I did arrive home I found a notice on the door that I needed my service restored.
I called customer service and they were so rude! I talked to three different people and all three said I'd need to just sit there and wait until they came. And how is a person supposed to do that when they need to get back to work?
Stick with your agreements people. And please, send your customer service reps for a refresher on how to say something other than, "You're not listening -- this is how it has to be!"
