I have had the worst experiences with black hills. They are so rude they claim to be a helping company(lies).

I had a bill past due from years ago knew nothing about call in and they want double my bill to even get it turned on plus my bill. We are a low income family with a child who is disabled. The stress from this company has cause me bells palsy from the stress. They have no consideration for the families we are able to pay the backed bill and asked for a pmt plan on the deposit told no we had to pay everything.

and on top of that wait 3 days before they will even make us an appointment for somebody to come out here.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Basically same situation but our turn on date wad schedule out 7 days from the time we made our payment arrangements. 7 days with no heat or hot water.

And I am sure when they said a tech will be out between 12-5, they actually meant 5:15. We will see! I just called and so far we aren't even on the techs work list today and it is 3pm.

I guess this us their passive aggressive way to punish people with past due balances.
